Rental Agreement 

By signing this document you are agreeing to allow Say It With Yard Signs, Inc to enter the property requested for sign rental installation. If this is not your personal property, you agree to take responsibility for the rental on this property. These signs will result in small puncture holes in lawns and some displays will require a stand for installation.

You agree that none of the signage will be moved, no lawn mowing, or lawn services will occur on rental day, and animals will not be permitted near the signs. Freshly mowed lawns work best for installation (usually the day prior to the rental). Signs can only be installed on grass (no rock/bricks/turf installations), however you can rent a stand for an additional $20 if you have no grass for the display. Stands can also be used for indoor displays. 

The installation area will be cleared of animal waste by the renter prior to installation, otherwise Say It With Yard Signs, Inc reserves the right to cancel the rental without providing a refund.

On rental day, displays will be installed by 10am and removed the next day;, however graduation signs may be removed after dark same day as products are limited and we would like everyone that's interested be able to honor their graduate.  Extra rental time may be requested. We cannot guarantee approval but will try our best to accommodate. Extra day rentals are subject to approval at a charge of $25/day.

In the event of inclement weather (particularly high winds), Say It With Yard Signs, Inc reserves the right to cancel the rental agreement and issue a refund or a re-book. If the renter/receiver wishes to have the signs removed, please notify Say It With Yard Signs, Inc. We do our best to install the display where renter requests, however due to various reasons, the signs may have to be relocated to obtain adequate shelter. No refunds will be issued due to early requests for pick up or cancellations by renter/receiver. 

Say It With Yard Signs, Inc will approve or deny the rental based upon availability. Approval email for renter will be sent in addition to an invoice for secure payment via Zelle or Venmo  WITHOUT APPROVAL & PAYMENT - NO RENTAL IS CONFIRMED. 

Refunds are only provided when the rental is cancelled by Say It With Yard Signs, INc (typically due to high winds). If the renter decides to cancel with more than 24 hours notice, they will be issued a credit for future use. If the renter cancels within 24 hours of the rental, the payment is forfeited.

If renter notices any damage, you agree to notifying Say It With Yard Signs, Inc ASAP. 

RENTER AGREES THEY WILL NOT MOVE, ATTACH ITEMS ie balloons OR CHANGE SIGN LAYOUT.
